This is a pretty impressive stump, don't you think! It must have been some tree! I wish I could have seen it. It would have taken a group to hug it. This is next to the trail on a hike we really enjoy that is just a few miles from home (Meadowdale County Park, also known as Lund's Gulch).
We caught a break in the weather today(finally!!). Instead of the snow that they had called for, somehow we ended up with a beautiful blue sky day. Britt even mowed the lawn for the first time this year. Isn't that a hopeful sign that Winter might actually be coming to an end?
